We never want you to leave our salon feeling anything less than amazing. Due to the nature of the business, Cherry Juice Beauty does not provide refunds for completed beauty services. In the event that you feel dissatisfied with your service or experience, please contact management and we promise that every reasonable attempt to resolve the matter will be made.

Returns/Exchanges

If you change your mind, or make an oopsie, that's all good! Take us up on our 30-day exchange guarantee and return it for a store credit to buy what you really wanted! All returns will automatically be issued a store credit/gift voucher, this will allow you to jump on and reorder easily. It is the customers responsibility to pay all return shipping costs associated with the return, and customers must use a trackable shipping method for your returning items, as Cherry Juice Beauty Supplies will not take responsibility for lost/damaged returns, and will not provide a store credit. Non-returnable items or items that do not meet the below criteria will not be accepted, will not be eligible for a store credit and will be returned back to the customer. To be eligible, the following criteria must be met;

  • Contact cherryjuicebeautysupplies@gmail.com to initiate your exchange process.
  • Item must be returned unused, unopened in its original packaging, undamaged and in a resealable condition.
  • Item must be exchanged in a reasonable time (30 days).
  • Provide satisfactory proof of purchase; order receipt, order confirmation or tax invoice.

Cherry Juice Beauty Supplies does not exclude, waive or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

REFUNDS

Cherry Juice Beauty Supplies does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Although our team undergoes rigorous quality control, customers who have received a product which has a manufacturing fault or incorrect item will receive a refund.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please do not use the above exchange/returns process, instead please call us and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible. Any evidence that you can provide of the fault or issue can help us speed up the process.
Cherry Juice Beauty Supplies reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to provide you with a refund and/or reimburse you for returns fees. You will not be reimbursed for shipping fees unless you have been contacted and advised directly by the team at Cherry Juice Beauty Supplies prior to returning the item/s.

Faulty Items

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Cherry Juice Beauty Supplies. If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided, or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However, these guarantees do not apply if the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time. If the item or service has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a refund or replacement.

Order Processing Times

We guarantee same day pickup, local delivery or parcel post dispatch for all orders placed before 12pm (midday). For orders placed after midday, your order will be packed and ready for pickup/delivery/dispatch the next day. Please allow 24 hours from placing your order for delivery to begin.

Australia Wide Shipping via Sendle

If you have selected domestic shipping, you can calculate your shipping costs at checkout. Please note that rural areas may incur an additional 1-3 day wait for parcel post delivery. If you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you may be left a calling card. Your order may be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the parcel from your local post office with your Photo ID. Alternatively, your order may be redirected to our offices.
Some packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.
There may be some delays with shipping which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility and/or liability for any of these processing delays. Please note the average delivery times;

  • All Express Post Delivery times: 2 - 5 business days.
  • All Parcel Post Delivery times: 3 - 10 business days.

Local Delivery

If you have selected ‘Local Delivery’ as your delivery method for your order, we can’t wait to meet you! We will send you a text message to confirm your delivery date and time. Orders placed before midday will be delivered the same day. If it has been longer than 48 hours and you haven't heard from us,

If you have selected ‘FREE Local Pick Up’ as your delivery method for your order, we can’t wait to meet you!

Cherry Juice Training HQ does not offer refunds for educational certifications. In the event that you are dissatisfied, please contact management at cherryjuicetraininghq@gmail.com and every reasonable attempt will be made to resolve.

Klarna Returns

Klarna returns undergo the same as the Cherry Juice Beauty Supplies Returns Policy process, as outlined above. Please note that your personal agreement with Klarna will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled
repayments.

Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Cherry Juice Beauty Supplies and the customer must pay to re-ship the purchase order.
Unfortunately, Cherry Juice Beauty is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. Cherry Juice Beauty does not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.
Please note that all store credits or gift vouchers will be issued via email and in the form of a code. The Credit- Note will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
