Edgie provides Users with an online network designed to connect Support Workers with Customers looking for Care Services. These Terms of Use (together with any Provider Agreement that Mable requires the User to sign), governs your relationship with Edgie and your use of the Site and/or Services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING Edgie’s SITE AND/OR SERVICES. ALL CAPITALISED TERMS ARE DEFINED IN THE TERMS OF USE
By using or accessing the Site and/or Services, You agree to be bound by the Terms of Use (together with any policies and Terms and Conditions implemented and amended by Edgie from time to time and referred to in this Agreement), which constitute a binding contract between You and Mable. You must be at least 18 years of age in order to create an Account and use the Site.
If You do not agree to all of the provisions contained in the Terms of Use (including any policies and Terms and conditions referred to in the Terms of Use that form part of the Agreement between You and Edgie), please stop using or accessing the Site and/or the Services. You understand and agree that the Site and/or Services are offered to You conditionally on Your acceptance of this Agreement.

1. Edgie is a platform that allows Customers to connect with Support Workers. Mable provides a platform only and does not engage Support Workers or provide Care Services.
